Cancellation Policy

*If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 48 hour notice. We understand that things happen, but please respectfully understand that when you cancel without notice, clients on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services and our income is effected. Proper notice is required to avoid a 50% fee. Consistent cancellations or rescheduling will result in no further bookings.

*No-shows will not be tolerated. You will be charged a 50% fee of your scheduled service. This will result in no further bookings.

*If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, there is no guarantee that your full services will be able to be completed that day.

*We respect our clients time and ask that you do the same for us and our business.
